C-IQ explains the mechanics of conversation; the physical and chemical impact of words, and then translates that science into usable and highly effective tools that build trust, enhancing the quality of relationships.  It teaches how to converse in ways that significantly reduce fear and judgment, limiting the release of cortisol or the stress and reactivity hormone. Instead encouraging the release of oxytocin, the bonding, trust-building hormone, thereby creating relationships built on a foundation of mutual respect, safety and trust.
