Emotional Freedom Technique, also called EFT or Tapping, is a therapeutic, healing tool based on the same meridian system used in traditional acupuncture. Rather than using needles, EFT is performed by tapping, with your fingers, on these meridian points, while speaking or thinking about an issue you want resolved. This stimulus, combined with "tuning in" to the problem, releases the blockages within the energy system, restoring the mind-body balance.
