Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique, also called EFT or Tapping, is a therapeutic healing tool based on the same meridian system used in traditional acupuncture.

 

Rather than using needles, EFT is performed by tapping, with your fingertips, on these meridian points while speaking or thinking about an issue you want to resolve. This tapping, combined with "tuning in" and talking about the problem, supports the brain and the nervous system in restoring balance. 

 

By combining coaching and talk therapy with physical tapping, also known as "Psychological Acupressure," we can get to the issues faster and resolve them more thoroughly.
